About Dari DeSousa

A career Human Resources Professional with 30+ years of broad HR experience, extensive professional knowledge, and the ability to manage projects ranging from small to large. She is well-known for her enthusiasm, energy, and work ethic. SHRM/San Diego SHRM/PIHRA Member in good standing.

In 2020, Dari created her own HR Consulting firm and is a California subject matter expert.

Dari is a Mediator and a Trainer with the National Conflict Resolution Center. She has been a course instructor for San Diego State University's Global Campus Certificate in Human Resources Management Program since 2015. She has responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Ethics, and the Capstone. She is currently the HR Certificate Program Advisor. Dari became the HTM Law adjunct instructor in SDSU's Hospitality and Tourism Management program in January 2025.

Additionally, Dari is a public speaker, a leadership coach and she teaches strategic HR Certificate courses for the Human Capital Institute.
