Bio
Todd Hale is a Past President of The Golden State Chapter of Club Management Association of America (CMAA). He has 30 years of hospitality experience, including completing his most recent service as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of San Diego Country Club for eight and a half years. He achieved both his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Master of Science in Hospitality Management from San Diego State University. Todd has a Certified Club Manager designation from CMAA, and his Level One Sommelier Certification from the Master Court of Sommeliers. Todd has a passion for pursuing continual learning and education to further his journey. He also enjoys the mentorship concept of giving back to others and helping further the success of our future leaders. Todd’s outside of work activities include all that the outdoor lifestyle has to offer, along with attending live entertainment events in music, comedy, and sports. He once had the pleasure of performing an opening monologue for comedian Dave Chapelle during his stint at the Irvine Improv.
